by Sanders and seconded by Mitchell to approve the Treasurer’s report of the
Fremont Soil and Water Conservation District. Motion carried unanimously.

48-10 Lucas Forney
presented a letter of resignation to accept a position with NRCS in the Malvern
Field Office. Sanders made a motion to accept the resignation of Lucas Forney;
to advertise for an entry level district position to share with Mills County,
75 Fremont/25 Mills time, the same as last year and to accept the vacancy
announcement as presented. Mitchell seconded the motion that passed with all in
favor.
Grebert
will check on the rules for hiring a state employee offering only the nine
holidays or offering nine PTO days.

Fair Barbeque
The
fair barbeque will be held Thursday, July 22, 2010 beginning at 5:00 p.m.

Quarterly Report
49-10 Forney presented the Private Lands Quarterly Report. Mitchell made a motion to accept the report as presented. The motion was seconded by Sanders and passed with all in favor.

Annual Report
50-10 Mitchell made a motion to approve the Annual Report as presented and to print the report off site. The motion was seconded by Sanders and passed unanimously.

Fremont/Mills Joint Commissioners Meeting
It was suggested that a joint Commissioners meeting between Fremont SWCD Commissioners and Mills SWCD Commissioners be held.

51-10 A motion was made by Mitchell, seconded by Sanders to approve the CDI Farm Bill IX report as presented. The motion passed unanimously.

Watershed Maintenance Invoice
52-10 An invoice from Brian Ettlemann was presented for approval. Sanders made a motion, to pay the bid amount if work has been completed as bidded. Mitchell seconded the motion that carried with all in favor.
